In collaboration, Research-Aid Networks and the National Scientist Volunteer Database are enabling communities to have conversations about COVID vaccines in safe and trusted environments. Conversations are held with COVID-19 vaccine experts to enable people to express their concerns about the vaccines and receive the data that they need in order to make informed decisions about vaccination. The LAGLCC is aligning with Research-Aid Networks and the National Scientist Volunteer Data base to host the conversation over Zoom, discussing what is known about the vaccines, the risks and benefits and providing an opportunity for community members to discuss their concerns and receive trusted information. Opportunities will also be provided for individuals to schedule follow-up 1:1 calls with the expert to discuss any concerns in more detail and receive additional information.
