We know with certainty that a single day is comprised of 24 hours, yet we are constantly running out of time. We try to manage our time but we don't seem to be able. At the end of the day, we drop into bed, exhausted, cranky, and frustrated. And we groan when we think about “doing” our day again tomorrow.
Let’s face it. Many of us just don’t have a good relationship with “time.” The truth of the matter is that we cannot manage time....but we can manage our relationship to it.
