Utilities
Nearly 6 million people in California are served by regulated water utilities. The California Water Association (CWA) represents the interests of these companies as they strive to provide safe, reliable, high-quality water and excellent customer service in a cost-effective manner.
CWA provides a forum for sharing best management practices, a means of promoting sound water policy by legislators and regulatory agencies, and opportunities for educating the public on protecting and efficiently using water resources.
