d’Escoto West, Inc. experience includes a wide array of Tenant Improvement projects. Projects include high-end showrooms in the PDC, stand-alone showrooms along Melrose Ave and Beverly Blvd., office tenant improvements, movie theater renovations, and entire floor renovation of commercial buildings.
Project values range from $20,000 to $3,750,000 contracts. All projects are managed consistently, whether they are small in scale or larger. All projects are staffed accordingly with a Project Manager, Field Superintendent, Project Engineer and the Principal to ensure delivery of a high-quality project.
