LAGLCC Committees

Corporate Partnerships Committee - This committee is responsible for implementing our sponsorship campaigns and maintaining relationships with our existing sponsors throughout the year. Chair: Lisa Roben


Heritage Committee & Women of LAGLCC - To bring awareness and shine a spotlight on the rich and diverse heritage of Los Angeles by sharing key dates of remembrance celebrating key figures of the community. The Heritage Committee is expanding its focus to include a special concentration on the incredible women of LAGLCC. We believe in the power of highlighting their contributions, stories, and experiences within our vibrant community. Chair: Jessica Reveles

 

Legislative Advocacy - Chaired by the Executive Director- Works with the LAGLCC Legislative consultant (Ted Green) to identify legislation that will impact the LGBTQ business community and provide input on whether bills should receive chamber support. Chair: Patrick Kirkwood


Marketing
- Acts as a sounding board for marketing strategies and tools, develops and honse innovative ideas, and provides feedback on marketing activities as requested by the board of directors. Chair: Jessica Reveles


Finance Committee
- The Committee ensures the organization is operating with the financial resources it needs to provide programs and services to the members. Chair: Adam Isaac Ebert


Membership
- Membership Options, Increasing Membership (individual & corporate), Growth Plan, New member onboarding & engagement.
Chair: Alexander Agent


Nominating Committee
- Chaired by the Vice President, this committee searches, vets, and nominates candidates for the Board of Directors.            Chair: Alexander Agent


Pride Planning Committee
- Chaired by the Executive Director - Responsible for organizing and executing events for the LGBTQ+ community during Pride Month. Chair: Patrick Kirkwood 


Emerging Entrepreneurs Committee
- Leveraging the experiences of our accomplished members and partners, the LAGLCC will provide programs, events, and mentorship for these new Young Entrepreneurs. Chair: David Kosineski


QTGX Entrepreneurs Committee
-  This committee aims  to cultivate an inclusive business community that celebrates diverse voices. Through workshops, networking, and advocacy, we empower our members, fostering success in the vibrant LA business landscape. Chair: Celia Daniels


Supplier Diversity
- Creates programming to cultivate contract-ready LGBTBE suppliers and connect them to opportunities. Chair: Vaughn Williams
