many years in Warehouse Management and Construction Trades. She has over 25 years
experience working with multi-million dollar nonprofits such as Girl Scouts, and facilitating
trainings for fortune 100 and 500 companies including Coca Cola. Ms. Francis has served on
the Board of Directors for The Chamber Business Academy, the Distribution Management
Association (DMA), the Associated General Contractors (AGC), and the Joint Apprenticeship
Committee (JAC) in Riverside for over 10 years. Her diverse business background, travels
