Your Presentation

Your presentation time is ONLY 50 MINUTES. You will not have enough time to give an overview of your entire area of expertise. Please select a topic that you think will be beneficial to Young Entrepreneurs beginning their entrepreneurial journeys - and edit it down to a scope that can be comfortably and confidently presented in the allotted time.

If feasible, consider having us send out an easy-to-complete prep assignment to our attendees - something that will only take 5-10 minutes to complete, but will help prepare them to get the most out of your workshop.

Send us your slide deck at least 2 days in advance of your workshop. Depending on your subject matter and presenting style, this may be as short as 3 slides or as long as 10-15 slides. If your presentation deck is more than 15 slides, it may be too long. Consider editing it down.

Usually, attendees will organically have questions to ask during the Q&A Period. But it’s always a good idea to provide us with a few Prepared Questions that the Moderator can ask, if needed.

After the Q&A Period, the workshop will be split into virtual breakout rooms, facilitated by volunteers from the YE Planning Committee. To help guide their discussion, please provide us with some prepared topics, questions, and/or prompts for the YE Facilitators to use.

We’re excited to have you present. We are committed to your success - and to providing our attendees a consistently excellent quality of programming. If you need any assistance with preparing your presentation, we are here to help.
